At Alma Dorada, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items that have been worn, used, damaged, or washed
- For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return

3. Return Request Process

- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
- The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@alma-dorada.com.

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer an appropriate solution.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

7. Original Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a defective item.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original item if eligible and place a new order.

9. Late or Missing Refunds
