Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and demand. In general, delivery times are approximately:
- Domestic orders: 5 to 10 business days
- International orders: 7 to 15 business days

3. Shipping Confirmation

4. Delays

5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Alma Dorada is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
